🌸 Spring Yoga Camp for Kids! 🌸

Join us for five days of fun, dynamic, and interactive children’s yoga camp where your children can discover the joy of moving their bodies, shaking off boredom, and releasing energy in a healthy way! Through yoga games, arts, and playful techniques, children will learn to relax, balance their emotions, and develop emotional intelligence. They’ll practice mindful breathing, reduce stress and anxiety, boost self-esteem, and improve overall well-being.

Our experienced teacher, Luisa Ortega—a certified Children’s Yoga instructor with 15 years of experience—will guide the kids with a mix of yoga, fun, and creative activities, ART, games, music, stories, catering to each child’s unique needs. It’s all about learning, playing, and growing together!
